Shipping & Returns Policies - PLEASE READ!!

Thank you all for choosing to shop with Ro’shel’s Lavish Hair & Body Butter LLC.  ALL orders are custom/handmade to order…. ALL orders are processed in the order in which they are received.  ALL RLHBBCLLC Orders are shipped 5-10 business days from the date the order was placed (EXCLUDING weekends and holidays).  Be mindful that if you have placed your order/s during a SALE,  please allow an additional 3 BUSINESS days for your delivery. This is DUE to the order volume! You will receive tracking information to whichever email you have placed your order under. This will also contain your tracking number which you will receive after your order/s are about to be shipped. You can track your package at www.usps.com.

Estimated shipping time per USPS is 1-3 business days.

I will ship ALL of my orders from the United States Postal Service (USPS) by PRIORITY mail ONLY and standard rates will be applied. 


Domestic Shipping Policy

I do ship USPS Priority mail ONLY. RLHBBC does offer FREE domestic shipping within the USA.

Estimated shipping time per USPS is 1-5 business days

ORDERS that weigh less than 4 oz will be mailed priority mail with an estimated time of arrival of 1-3 business days. (Depending on where your package starts and where it is going). ORDERS weighing 8 oz or more your item will be shipped by first-class mail with an estimated time of arrival of 2-3 business days.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

ALL RLHBBC Orders are shipped 5-10 business days from the date the order was placed (EXCLUDING weekends and holidays). 

LOCAL DELIVERY ORDERS

RLHBBC will deliver local orders the order must be made online on my website and must be a minimum of $50 or more and there will be a $10 delivery charge.

I ONLY deliver to local customers. Customers must live in the following Zip Codes: 32303, 32304, 32311, 32309,32317,32313,32307,32333, 32343,3235, If you are not sure please email me before placing a local delivery.

CANCELING ORDERS

You may cancel your order within 24 hours from the date you placed your order. I will issue you a full refund. After 24 hours I will continue to process the order and you will not be able to cancel. “NO EXCEPTIONS”!
